These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between z777cb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the services made available at https://z777cb.cam (the "Website").

z777cb is an English-language online gaming information and betting platform designed for adult users, with a primary focus on the Pakistani market. To register and maintain an Account on z777cb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate or immediate family member of z777cb or any of its associated operating entities.

z777cb reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo ID (such as CNIC, passport or driving license for users based in Pakistan) and proof of age. Accounts will remain restricted until satisfactory verification documents are received.

4.1 — Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) active Account only. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. z777cb reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate all balances held therein and permanently ban the User from the Platform.

4.2 — Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. z777cb will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.4 — Account Verification (KYC)

z777cb operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit documentation at any stage, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID (e.g., CNIC for Pakistani users), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

5.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

z777cb references certain payment options familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT. The actual availability of each payment method is subject to change and must be verified in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. References to these payment providers do not constitute endorsement of, or affiliation with, gambling activity by any of those providers.

5.2 — Currency

Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) where supported. All displayed amounts in PKR are for reference. The Platform may process transactions in a supported base currency and convert using prevailing exchange rates where applicable. Exchange rate risk is borne by the User.

5.3 — Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) full KYC verification must be completed; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied or the bonus voluntarily forfeited before withdrawal of real-money funds; (c) withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless KYC verification supports an alternative method; (d) minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier.

5.4 — Processing Times

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only; new-user bonuses apply to first-time depositors on qualifying accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds are generally used first in wagering, though this may vary by promotion.

7.1 — Finality of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or altered by the User. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — selection, stake and odds — before confirming. The Platform bears no liability for bets placed in error.

7.2 — Odds and Market Integrity

z777cb strives to display accurate, real-time odds for all markets, including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals, football and UFC events. In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds or market outcomes, z777cb reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. "Manifest error" means an obvious, verifiable error in pricing or settlement.

7.3 — Settlement of Bets

Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket events, the ICC for international tournaments). In the event of a postponed, abandoned or incomplete event, settlement rules applicable to each market type will govern.

7.4 — RTP and Game Fairness

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages displayed on the Platform for slot and casino games are independently certified illustrative figures. Actual returns in any given session may differ materially from the stated theoretical RTP. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Users of z777cb are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. A breach of any prohibition in this clause shall constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using software tools, bots, scripts or automated processes to access, scrape, manipulate or exploit the Platform or its markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, corrupt conduct or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events (including PSL, ICC fixtures or any other sporting competition available on the Platform).
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches or technical errors for financial gain; any winnings arising from such exploitation are not payable and will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other illegal financial activity.
• Registering an Account while under the minimum eligible age, or assisting a minor to access the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing z777cb staff or other users via any communication channel, including live chat or email.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

z777cb is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools, available free of charge to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can lose.
• Session Time Reminders — receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — take a temporary break from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion — request a minimum 6-month exclusion from the Platform, extendable up to 5 years or permanently.

These tools are accessible via your Account dashboard at any time. Requests to increase limits take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period; requests to decrease limits take effect immediately.

All intellectual property rights in the Website, its content, design, trademarks, software, data, graphics, logos and text — including the z777cb brand name and logo — are owned by or licensed to the Platform operator. Nothing in these Terms grants Users any right, title or licence to use any of the Platform's intellectual property for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use of the Platform Services in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Website without the prior written consent of z777cb. Unauthorised use of z777cb's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z777cb and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable to you for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform Services.
• Loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business or loss of profits in connection with any technical failure, interruption or downtime affecting the Platform.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information presented on the Platform, including odds, game outcome data or promotional materials.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate password security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.1 — Termination by the User

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting z777cb customer support. Closure requests will be processed after any outstanding KYC requirements are satisfied and any active bonus conditions resolved. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the standard withdrawal process.

12.2 — Termination by z777cb

z777cb reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) provision of false or misleading registration information; (c) detection of underage use; (d) reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or collusion; (e) access from a Restricted Territory; or (f) any other conduct that, in z777cb's reasonable judgement, is harmful to the Platform or its users.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the User, z777cb reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach. The User will be notified of any withholding decision and the reasons for it.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z777cb holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to the Platform's internal complaints procedure.

To submit a formal complaint, contact z777cb customer support with a description of your complaint, your Account username and any supporting documentation. We target an initial response within 5 business days and a final resolution within 28 days of receiving a complete complaint.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute-resolution body under the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause removes any statutory rights you may hold under applicable local law.

z777cb reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email or via a prominent notice displayed on the Website at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
